This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the prohibited activities and acceptable behaviors when accessing or using the web application, APIs, buyer kit pages, and the official Browser Helper provided by FantasyPilot LLC for the 3shots product (the "Service"). This policy protects our infrastructure, sellers, buyers who open kit links, and our AI models from abuse.

By accessing the Service, you agree to comply strictly with this AUP. Any violation may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and possible referral to civil or law enforcement authorities.

1. Adversarial AI & Model Abuse Prohibitions

Listing identification and copy features are driven by large language / vision models (Amazon Bedrock). To preserve stability and alignment, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Prompt Injection & Jailbreaking: Inputting prompts, strings, payloads, or instructions designed to bypass safety filters, system instructions, or guardrails of our model endpoints.
  • Model Weights & Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or reconstruct model configurations, prompt templates, system instructions, or underlying orchestration code.
  • Model Scraping & Extraction: Using automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to harvest listing kits, generated copy, pricing suggestions, or bulk outputs for training competing models or populating secondary databases.

2. Model Poisoning & Data Pollution Protections

  • Data Pollution: You shall not upload corrupted files, adversarial images, or fabricated inputs designed to degrade or manipulate identification quality.
  • Coordinated Manipulation: You shall not organize coordinated feedback loops or synthetic listing campaigns intended to bias or distort our models or shared infrastructure.

3. Listings, Goods, and Marketplace Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • List stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or otherwise illegal goods, or items you are not authorized to sell.
  • List items prohibited by Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, OfferUp, or applicable law (including, without limitation, weapons and other categories those platforms forbid), or to use 3shots to circumvent a marketplace ban or restriction.
  • Infringe intellectual property, including listing branded goods you do not have rights to sell.
  • Upload photos whose primary subject is an identifiable minor, or use buyer messages to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone.
  • Misrepresent condition, ownership, location, or price in a way intended to deceive buyers.
  • Use the Browser Helper to spam buyers, scrape other sellers’ listings or inboxes, credential-stuff marketplace accounts, or automate abuse against Facebook, Nextdoor, or OfferUp.

4. General Prohibited Conduct & Infrastructure Protections

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the network security, private subnets, object stores, or database servers of FantasyPilot LLC.
  • Circumvent authentication, access another user’s account or listings, or probe private database schemas through unauthorized methods.
  • Scrape, harvest, or pull data from 3shots kit pages, APIs, or other sellers’ inboxes without authorization.
  • Generate or distribute unsolicited bulk messages, malware, or deceptive synthetic content through the Product.

5. Not a Payments or Classifieds Marketplace

3shots is a listing and messaging assistant. It is not a payments processor, escrow service, or classifieds marketplace of record. Peer-to-peer payment handles you store (Venmo, Zelle) are your responsibility. FantasyPilot LLC does not hold buyer funds and does not guarantee completion of any sale.

6. Policy Enforcement & Account Termination

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to review listing content, API traffic, and model inputs to enforce this AUP.

  • Suspension & Termination: If we detect or reasonably suspect a violation, we may revoke access, block your Clerk authentication profile, and delete or disable related records without prior notice.
  • Legal Action: We reserve the right to initiate civil or injunctive proceedings, or report malicious cyber-attacks (such as severe prompt injections or infrastructure abuse) to appropriate security and law enforcement agencies.
